We have officially begun implementing our new PreQualification system! We are no longer utilizing any of our previous PreQualification methods and any new submissions will not be recognized.
After much adulation, we have decided that we will accept only the enclosed documentation for all brand new client submissions.
This document will be continuously updated, therefore, you will need to come back to this page every time you have a new client.
This new PreQualification system will save every approved professional within our system the duplication of information between the PreQualification and the actual Application. This in turn will cut down the time you spend with your clients by as much as 50%!

Additionally, on or about 1/15/2009 we will be offering 2 brand new products to expand your business.
We will be offering, for those not connected with a bank or broker the ability to lend as a Federally Chartered Bank within all 50 States. This means you will no longer have to be bound by state banking rules and regulations. For those already tied to an existing bank orA broker, we will allow you to refer us your clients in the states you are not currently licensed in and get paid!
The second program will be the lending of private capital!
What is REALLY awesome about this is that we are currently experiencing approval rates of upwards of 45% to 50% in our beta program vs. 10% to 20% via the institutional banking systems! REMEMBER - there is plenty of money out there, just not institutional money.
